In January 2007, Wendy S. Cohen held the
pilot engagement of the first PowerHouse SMART
Strategies Symposium. SMART stands for Sales, Marketing,
Applications, Resources and Training. This symposium and
teaching session, by invitation only, focuses on our
unique niche market — the high-end luxury building
industry. Attendees, personally invited by
Wendy through her extensive network in the
industry, included principals, owners, and senior
managers of some of the finest companies in our
marketplace.
By consensus, the attendees have requested
PowerHouse to conduct these SMART Strategies
Symposiums on a bi-monthly basis — creating a
forum for continued sales and marketing
enlightenment, open discussion, and networking.
